Career Summary:

Over 17 years of working experiences in the Higher Education in Fashion design, Fashion & Apparel, and Research sectors of the country. I have extensive work experience in the Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology as an Assistant Professor for Fashion Design & Port city international university & present position in Ranada Prasad Saha University in teaching profession, education management, and required other supports of the university. Experienced in the field of effective communication, Project Management, Project Proposal Writing, project planning & implementation, staff management, administrative, analytical, and team-building skills.

Job Experiences:

1. August 2019 to March 2022 till now:  I am working as an Assistant professor  & Head of the department of Textile Fashion & design at Ranada Prasad Shaha University, Shitalakha, Narayangonj. 
2. June 2013 to March 2022:  I worked as an Assistant professor (Part Time) at BGMEA Fashion Institute, CBIFT,  Chittagong.
3. July 2014 to October 2016: I worked as Head of the department of Fashion design Technology at Port City International University, Chittagong   
4. March 2013 to February 2014: I worked as an Assistant Professor in Fashion design department at Santo-Mariam University of Creative Technology, Uttara, Dhaka -1230 
5. March 2007 to February 2013: I worked as an lecturer  in Fashion design department at Santo-Mariam University of Creative Technology, Uttara, Dhaka 
6. March 2011 to June 2012: I worked as an Assistant professor (Part Time) at BGIFT, Fashion Institute at Gazipur Chourasta, Dhaka. 
7. May 2012 to June 2013: I worked as an Assistant professor (Part Time) at Splash Creative fashion institute, at Chittagong.
8. April 2009 to May 2010: I worked as a faculty of Art & Crafts at Guruteg Bahadur Educational trust & Public School at Durgapur, west Bengal, India.
9. June 2006 to February 2007: I worked as a Designer at Nogordola Fashion House at Dhanmondi Dhaka.
